1. Who we are

2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil an order — a pricing error, an out-of-stock item, a payment we cannot verify — we will cancel it and refund you in full, and we will tell you why.
3. Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Compare-at prices shown alongside a sale price refer to our own regular list price for that item.
4. Product representations
Product images on this site are currently illustrated renders, clearly marked as such on each product page. Specifications published on product pages are the specifications we build to; if a delivered item does not match a published specification, that is a defect and a free return.
5. Returns and warranty
Governed by our returns policy and warranty, which form part of these terms.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Buddy Bags is registered, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
